History & Interpretation

Research is the backbone of all of our work at Commonwealth. We are familiar with public and corporate repositories and archives, Internet-based research, and with a network of specialized libraries and collections. We have researched and produced numerous popular publications, interpretive materials, and technical reports for a variety of clients. Our work ranges from managing the production of books from start to finish, to writing interpretive materials for exhibitions and historic sites. We understand that all interpretive planning is about communicating meaning to the visitor in a vibrant and multi-layered manner.
